In this beautiful golden autumn season, on the banks of Xizi Lake and Qiantang River, the Chinese Medical Association and the Society of Radiation Oncology Therapy of the Chinese Medical Association sponsored the fifteenth National Symposium on Radiation Oncology Therapy of the Chinese Medical Association co-sponsored by the Zhejiang Medical Association, the Society of Radiation Oncology of the Zhejiang Medical Association and the Zhejiang Cancer Hospital. The meeting was held in Hangzhou from November 9th to 11th, 2018.
                          
The important role of radiotherapy in cancer treatment is widely recognized. The radiotherapy equipment has been greatly improved from quantity to quality. The level and ability of radiotherapy practitioners have been continuously improved. The gap with European and American countries has gradually narrowed. More and more Chinese original research results have appeared on the international stage for clinical practice and normalized international exchanges.
