The 29th Annual Conference on Anesthesia and Perioperative Medicine in Liaoning Province was held from July 5th to July 7th, 2019 at the Grand Metropark North York Hotel Shenyang. The conference was hosted by the Anesthesiology Branch of the Liaoning Medical Association and hosted by the General Hospital of the Northern Theater of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. It is one of the brand academic conferences of the Liaoning Provincial Medical Association.
