Common troubles and solutions of One System ventilator

    Problem 1 devices show instability.

   Possible cause: the device has been dropped or operated improperly, or the device is in a region of strong electromagnetic interference (EMI) emission.

   Response measures: Unplug the power plug. Re energized the device. If the fault is still present, please will re equipment moved to EMI emission weaker area (away from such as mobile phone, cordless telephone, computer, TV, electronic game machine, hair dryer and other electronic devices. If there is a failure, contact your home care provider for assistance.

    Question 2: when you press the delay button, the delay function is not.

    May be the reason: your home care provider does not have a prescription for you to use a delay function, or a prescription for you to specify that the CPAP pressure has been set to a minimum.

    Response: if you do not specify a delay function, please discuss this with your home care provider to see if they can change your prescription. If your provider has enabled delay function, but this feature is still not working, check the CPAP settings on the active display screen.
